1. Nature of Products

All products available on Themestub.com are digital downloadable items (GPL licensed scripts, themes, and software).
Once delivered, these products cannot be returned.

2. No Refund After Delivery

Due to the digital nature of our products:

Once a product is downloaded, delivered, or access is provided,
no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
This includes:
- Change of mind
- Lack of technical knowledge
- Installation issues
- Compatibility issues with server or hosting

3. Delivery Confirmation

A product will be considered successfully delivered when:

Download link / ZIP file is shared
OR Admin panel / login access is provided
OR Product is accessible via link

After delivery confirmation, refund requests will not be entertained.

4. Support Policy

We do NOT provide free technical support or installation services unless explicitly mentioned.
Customers are expected to have basic technical knowledge to use the product.

👉 However, optional paid support/installation service may be available on request.

5. Product Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

Proper installation and setup
Server requirements and compatibility
Customization and usage

We are not liable for any issues arising after delivery.

6. Exception (Limited Cases)

Refund may only be considered if:

Product file is not delivered at all, OR
File is completely corrupted and cannot be opened, AND
Customer reports the issue within 24 hours of purchase

7. Dispute & Chargeback Policy

Raising false disputes or chargebacks after successful delivery is a violation of our policy.
We reserve the right to take legal action and provide all proof (chat, delivery logs, IP records) to authorities.
